PowerPoint slide deck not converting in Studio, Virtual Events (VX), Video Portals and Greenroom

Update: We’re continuing to investigate the issue and work toward a resolution.

Previous Update: This issue is also impacting Greenroom where slides are only being converted to images.

We are currently aware of an on issue on Studio, Virtual Events (VX) and Video Portals, where PowerPoint slide decks are not converting. 

The immediate workaround is to convert the slides to images or screen sharing the slide deck.

Please Note: Converting PowerPoint slides to images does remove transitions, animations and speaker notes.
